An Avalanche Enduro race is a perfect mixture of enjoying the deep forests, the mountain landscapes and wildlife - whilst pushing your riding ability and performance on more than 2 hours of connecting routes.

AVALANCHE ENDURO - WHAT'S THE ENDURO
The Enduro is better known in Motor Cross. We could also compare it to the Rally Car.

How is an AVALANCHE ENDURO run?
There are several special stage and some link trails.
All Special Stages have got a descent profile and are timed.
Link road’s (typically forest roads and some single track) have to be ridden in the alloted time given, if you are late during the link road then you are going to get some more time in your special stages...

Starts are given individually, in general the first part is a link road.

10h00: let's go for the first link road, 1h30 later you have to be at the top to take your first special stage start.
11h30: let's go for the 1st SS
about 10 to 20 min of race - timed
Link road again....
12h15: SS 2 start
some 15 - 20 minutes race - timed
Link Road...
14h00 SS 3 start ....

And so on.

What Bike ?
The best bike is an Enduro bike, perfect for this kind of race. But if you prefer a mini DH bike its up to you, just think that it will probably be a lot harder to go up hill than an enduro style bike.
